Scum Realtor/Landlord
This man is a rip off he take advantage of people with poor credit. He will let you rent dispite bad credit charging you a higher deposit. He will put in a house without heat or air and will not make repairs but will insist on timely rent payment. The heat in my home went completely out on 01/07/2014 and he did not repair it until 04/23/2014. I gained higher energy bills and medical bills for my children while living in unhuman conditions. He is a liar and preys on the less fortunate. If you are trying to better yourself do not associate yourself with this man there are many nice trust worthy realtors in Greenville.
