Do not rent!!!!!
Very bad at dealing with any issues at managed properties. Will not send maintenance and when it is finally sent they are usually inadequate or incompetent and problem is not resolved or reoccures. One renter even had a tree to fall on unit and a leak & safety issue resulted. When he moved it still had not been fixed as in tree not evan removed. They moved out because of it.
